I have been looking for a good excersise routine for a little while now. I was thrilled to be given the opportunity to review this Cardio Workout. It was really easy to obtain too because all you have to do is download it to your computer and you have it readily available, especially if you travel and you have it on your laptop you can take it with you wherever! The workout is broken down like this:
warm up- 4 minutes
cardio- 25 minutes
stretching- 7 minutes
I could feel the "burn" with this one! I really enjoyed it, and it wasn't too much! There are certain routines that you feel almost drained when your done as opposed to energized. Not this workout! I felt really good after the entire workout, and I really enjoyed it. I strongly recommend this to anyone looking for a good workout that isn't too harsh but still effective!
