It is awesome. When you take the lid off, you just put the inside "stick" that says Cool Gear on it in the freezer. I used this when I went on a 4 mile walk. It was 90 degrees outside so I definitely put it to the test.
I have to say that it kept my water very cold and refreshing. It's the perfect size for me and fits easily in my hand. The grip on the side is nice because when I go to grab it it's not slippery when I'm sweating from the heat etc.
Another great thing is that they are BPA free!!! I love my Cool Gear water bottle and use it everytime I go for my 4 mile walk.
