Gaiam Review
In September 2011, Gaiam announced the release of two yoga dvd's:
Rodney Yee's Daily Yoga & Aim True Yoga
I recently tried both dvd's and I was quite impressed.
The Aim True Yoga dvd offered three different routines and each one was amazing. I loved every routine! The beginner's practice was perfect. It was a slow and steady pace and was perfect for me to loosen up.
The Authenic Flow was a longer routine lasting 45 minutes and was a bit more difficult, but in a good way. It helped me to challenge myself and push harder.
The Yoga Poses Demystified routine was shorter in length but did not lack anything!
The Daily Yoga dvd broke down the routine into 5 days. This was perfect for me because it enabled me to keep to a schedule. Each day was a bit different than the other, which kept my interest and kept me going with it. There was nothing boring at all on any of these routines and it was very relaxing.
I strongly recommend either dvd to anyone looking for a great yoga workout/routine.
