Dr. Praeger's offers healthy vegetarian meals that taste great. I am a vegetarian, although not vegan, I do eat chicken and seafood, but not a lot. I do not eat red meat at all and try to eat other alternatives to meat as often as I can. They offer a lot of variety from appetizers, snacks, pancakes and more!
I was delighted when given the opportunity to do a review on their delicious food. Even if you are not a vegetarian, you will love these products! They are great for anyone!
My favorite is the Froat! What is Froat you ask?
Ingredients: Oat Flakes, Honey, Crisp Rice (Rice Flour, Rice Bran, Raisin Juice, Honey, Salt), Raisins, Oat Pearls, Dark Chocolate (Sugar, Chocolate Liquor, Cocoa Butter, Soy Lecithin (an emulsifier), Pure Vanilla), Cranberries, Chia Seeds, Sunflower Seeds, Expeller Pressed Canola Oil, Apricots, Apples, Goji Berries, Flax Seeds, Sugar, Blueberries, Cherries, Rice Protein, Pomegranates Arils, Rosehips, Rice Starch, Pure Vanilla Exact, Acai Berries, Sunflower Oil, Green Tea, Quinoa.
They are so good! I am in love with the flavor of all of their products but this takes the cake :)
