 My opinion:

 I have very dry hair, from having heat damage plus coloring. I tend to get split ends fast as well as limp dry frizzy hair from all the abuse it takes from straightening it and blowdrying it. Here is a picture of what my hair looked like prior to using these products:

As you can see, I straighten my hair, and looking at my bangs you can tell they are dry. I used these products and now look at my hair:
