Each gem has only 15 calories and less than 1 gram of fat.  Energems’ unique delivery system allows consumers to conveniently and discretely consume the appropriate amount of energy as needed, when needed.  

My opinion:

I loved them! They are great tasting and bite size! Easy to carry with you in your purse and much more convenient than an energy drink! 
Energy drinks tend to make me jumpy from all the caffeine, but these didn't. They are very effective and taste just like candy.
