Take A Look At The 2014 Kia Forte

This is the 2014 Kia Forte that I had the priveledge of driving while on vacation in Florida.

At first glance, I was impressed at how sleek and stylish this car was! It has an amazing sporty design, I loved it before I even drove it!

Get behind the wheel with me, and check out the "virtual tour" of this amazing car in my video below:

Continue reading below to find out what I thought of this great car AFTER driving it!

As you can see from the video, the car is equipped with many features for both safety and comfort.
Since we were on vacation, we weren't exactly sure where we were going and had to use the navigation system a lot. It was spot on! It was extremely easy to use and got us where we needed to go with no issues! We didn't get lost, even with all the construction going on, it was amazing. The best part, for me, was the MPH sign on the screen while driving. With not knowing the roads, I didn't always know what the speed limit was until I would see a sign, so this helped me maintain the current speed limit on unfamiliar roads!

The dash showed the temperature outside, which was a big help! It got cooler at night and we brought our sweatshirts with us various places, it was nice to know if we needed them before we even got out of the car!

Shifting gears was extremely simple and straight forward. It went into gear easily, and I didn't need to apply a lot of pressure to the button on the side. The letters on the left to indicate which gear the car was in, lit up brightly at night, making it easy to shift into reverse out of a parking spot etc. Although this may seem like a simple thing to some, I think it's really important for it to be lit up so brightly.

The vents for the people sitting in the back is an added bonus to me, because it makes everyone equally comfortable on their ride!

There is plenty of space for leg room in both the front and back seats.

Even the trunk has plenty of room!

So... after driving it what do I think???

Aside from the sporty look and great features that I've shown you, it was an extremely comfortable ride. While on vacation, we were in the car a lot driving to different places. We were not uncomfortable at all! The drivers seat was easily moved for comfort and to fit my height etc, while my husband who is six feet tall, had plenty of space in the passenger seat.

It rained one of the days we were there, and that was the ultimate test for me. It handled great! I wasn't nervous at all while driving it, the tires hugged the road and we were off to our next adventure!

While visiting different places, there was a lot of stop and go, as well as parking. Parking was extremely simple in this car, as it has a back up camera for added safety. This was great for me, because I am not the best parallel parker! It made parking super simple, and gave me a second set of eyes backing up out of a space.

This is such a wonderful car, and would make a great family car for anyone!
It is also a great car for those who are single as well, because while it has all the safety features people look for, it's also stylish and fun to drive. This is just a well rounded vehicle, and surpassed my expectations!

This vehicle was loaned to me by Drive STI in exchange for this review. All opinions are my own.
