Omega - 3's are an essential capsule that I take daily (except when I forget which isn't good!). I received a bottle of the Omega - 3 1400mg Fish Oil pills to take (capsules) and I must say there was no gross "fishy" burps after swallowing them. There was no after taste that was gross either.


They are manufactured in the USA and promote hearth health along with many other good things! That is the main reason I take one a day, but you can also take them for joint health and so much more.

The bottle was securely closed when I received it, and it's an easy lid to take off and put on.
