This book is amazing! It's written by Wendy Rowe and offers the readers a more holistic approach to take care of you and your skin.
Basically, "you are what you eat", is the entire point of this! Anything that we eat with chemicals, pesticides and/or preservatives goes into our body so it makes sense for those same things to affect us.
She also writes about "recipes" that you can make at home to take care of your skin such as masks, cleansers etc.
I really learned a lot from this and have vowed to take better care of my skin!
If you are looking for tips/tricks as well, than pick up this book, it will amaze you!
