As a blogger I spend a lot of time at my computer, I can relate to those who have an office job. But, even though we sit we can still keep moving! Thanks to 3D Innovations, who offer the DeskCycle! 

It's a good way to exercise while you're working! I, for one, do not like to jog. It's boring to me, now I know a lot of others like it, but with this I can still keep my legs moving and tone my muscles while I work!

It uses a magnetic resistance system to give you smooth pedal motion and it's easy on your joints. You can adjust it to what you like and also, it's extremely quiet!

Not only is it convenient but it's not very heavy. I can move it around my home easily. I also put it together myself in just a few minutes, so if I can do it so can you! I do not have the best patience when it comes to that stuff, and this was super simple.

There's also a display which shows time, speed, distance, calories & scan.
