If you’re the kind of person who can’t function in the morning without a cup of coffee – or maybe more than one –,  there might
be an indication that your sleeping patterns need improvements. Admittedly, it’s fair to say that a cup of coffee for breakfast or
just before work can turn into a comforting routine so that your need for caffeine may just come from a habit. However, most
people who need coffee in the morning have chosen this routine not only because of taste or beverage preferences but
because they need to feel a rush of caffeine through their system to properly wake up. In other words, if you can’t do without
coffee, it means you don’t wake up feeling refreshed in the morning. Whether you find it hard to get to sleep at night, or whether
you keep waking up throughout the night, the fact is that there might be several causes for it. Let’s ignore the most common
reason of bad sleep, which is the consumption of coffee in abundance – it’s easy to correct this issue; you just need to drink
less coffee in the afternoon and avoid excitants in the evening. But what else can keep you awake?




Do you have a comfortable routine?
Ultimately, you need to start looking for causes in your bedroom. More often than not, a poor bed routine can affect the quality

is still digesting heavy food.


You brought the work stress at home

have to deal from time to time with hectic projects and situations in the office. As a result, it can be tricky to
unwind before going to bed in the evening. You might notice that your mind keeps thinking about the things that happened
during the day or the things that need to be done on the next day. Consequently, your muscles are too tensed to relax and your

approaches, you can transform your morning from needing coffee to function to feeling alert and refreshed!
