How Far We’ve Come

It’s safe to say that we live in a very modern and developed world. But it hasn’t always been that way. A
lot of the time, we do take for granted the world that we have today. From technology and the internet to
world travel and advancements in relationships, a lot has been going on. And it’s fun to get some kind of
information of where it’s been. If you’re teaching in this area, or you’re just interested yourself, here’s

Developments With Tools & Community

To start with, the developments that we’ve seen in the use of life tools is astonishing. The use of fire,
language, and making tools like a hand axe is just incredible. And then, we saw the way that the
communities began to form and work together.

Academic & Worldly Developments

We don’t always realize it, but there have also been some really incredible developments with
mathematics, astronomy, and science. Counting and geometry came to life, the early astronomers used
the sun, moon, and planets for clocks, calendars, and navigation, and then there was the scientific that
brought about modern science and things like the steam engine!
