Bailey & Her 30 Day Challenge!

This month Bailey has been participating in a 30 day challenge with Chewy.com and it's for the Rachel Ray Nutrish Grain Free Natural Wet Lands Recipe dog food.

So, this challenge for her means trying out this food and seeing how she likes and, as well as my opinion on any added benefits for her while on this.

Here is the food:

If you look closely, you'll see a hole in the bag right under the green  square logo, that's because when I received it Bailey apparently could smell it through the bag and decided she wanted to eat it right then! She didn't get any because I caught her red handed (pawed) and she gave me that guilty look. I knew the food obviously peeked her interest just by the smell, so that was a good sign!

It's a dry food that is made from USA farm raised chicken, which is important to me because I want all of my dogs to be enjoying something that I can feel good about giving them. She's getting older (she's 9) which, as you know is old for a large breed dog such as her, so I'm happy that there is a lot of vitamins and minerals for her overall well being.

Another point I want to mention that stood out to me was that every purchase of the Rachel Ray brand food offers a portion of the profits to animals in need through the "Rachel's Rescue" they offer.

The size of the food is perfect for her because it's not too tiny. Sometimes when the kibble is tiny she has a hard time seeing it and makes a mess so this is a good fit.

I'll be updating you throughout the month of April on how she likes it! Stay tuned.
